Order Processing Time

- High-Value & Bulk Orders: For large lots, wholesale bundles, or fragile electronic equipment, additional testing or protective packaging may require up to 3 business days to guarantee transit security.
- Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Estimates
We utilize reliable postal and freight carriers (including USPS, FedEx, and UPS) to offer competitive delivery options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for urgent technical components or time-sensitive replacements, delivering within 1 to 3 business days.
- Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping discounts when you purchase multiple items in a single transaction. The discounted rate will apply automatically at checkout, or you can request an updated invoice prior to payment.
Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, a automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be issued.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier system to update and reflect active tracking milestones.
Delivery Issues, Damages & Lost Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and outer boxes. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage so we can file an immediate carrier claim.
- Undeliverable Addresses: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
