We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, our return process is designed to be straightforward and fair.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition of Items for Return
- New Items: Must be returned in the exact condition received—unopened, unused, with all factory seals intact, and including original retail packaging.
- Used / Refurbished Items: Must be returned with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and power cables that were bundled with the original shipment.
- Serial Number Verification: All returned electronic devices, components, and hardware will be cross-referenced against our recorded inventory serial numbers prior to a refund being authorized.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
- Seller-Paid Return Shipping: If an item arrives defective, non-functional, or significantly different from the product description, A&Z Tech will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Buyer-Paid Return Shipping: For discretionary returns (e.g., accidental orders, buyer’s remorse, or changing your mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
- Once your return package is received at our facility, it will undergo an inspection within 2 to 3 business days.
- Upon approval, a refund will be issued directly back to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card issuers can take 5 to 7 business days to clear and post the funds to your account.
